Erika M. Achtziger graduated with honors from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007 and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University in 2004. She was a recipient of four CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in (1) Legal Methods Best Brief, (2) Professional Responsibility, (3) Selected Topics in Corporate Law, and (4) Privacy in the Digital Age.
Erika was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008.
