Kevin is an attorney in the firm’s maritime litigation group. He assists in matters arising out of general admiralty and maritime law. He also has experience working on various aspects of insurance defense at a major carrier.
Kevin is admitted in the state courts of New York. He is a member of the Fort Schuyler Maritime Alumni Association and Connecticut Maritime Association.
Kevin is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and his USCG Third Mate License of Unlimited Tonnage. Kevin then earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School with a concentration in Business Law. After Brooklyn Law, Kevin worked as a vessel operator for a major owner and operator specializing in all post-fixture operations of Handymax to Panamax size vessels. Acting as a first point of contact for Masters and port agents, Kevin responded to a variety of commercial issues.
