Nicholas P. Giuliano has over 30 years of experience litigating and arbitrating complex marine, product liability and commercial disputes in both state and federal court for individual and corporate clients. He has handled numerous marine casualty matters involving serious personal injury, wrongful death and property damage. He regularly handles cargo damage cases, including subrogation claims of all types. He has extensive experience in both state and federal court and has served as an arbitrator for commercial and maritime disputes.
Giuliano is a graduate of the Fordham University, where he received a B.A., M.A. and a J.D. He authored “Time Bars in Arbitration Clauses” (The Arbitrates, Vol. 2 No. 2) and co-authored “The Constitutional Debt Limit and New York City” (8 Fordham Urban Law Journal 185).
He is admitted to practice before all courts of New York State; the federal district courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits; The Court of International Trade, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He has represented the interests of numerous domestic and international companies, insurers and foreign nationals. His clients have included Chubb Group of Insurance Companies; Zurich Insurance Company; Vitro, Seguros Monterrey; Home Insurance Company; and Commercial Union Insurance Company, among others.
